3DCC offers standard block materials in various sizes, as well as blocks with customized properties. On top of that, we can provide a complete service including precision machining, delivering ready-to-use end products.
Standard spec billets
The current 3DCC production process fabricates 100x100x100mm and 180x120x120mm billets. Use these to machine your own 3D carbon parts. Below you find the data sheets of the standard available specifications:

Custom sized billets
If your application requires smaller dimension block material, we can provide custom-sized billets, ready for machining efficiently on your 3D CNC equipment. Also billets larger than 100mm can be manufactured, please ask us for the possibilities.
Custom fibres and resin systems upon request
Thanks to our fully in-house developed process, we can offer complete flexibility. Every aspect can be customised to meet your requirements: from adjusting fibre bundle size and spacing for a finer structure to selecting different fibre or resin types to achieve specific mechanical or physical properties. Machined to order
