3DCC Machining

As part of our in house facilities we have diamond coated circular and band saws to facilitate cutting of blocks into more manageable sizes.

For 3D work we employ a 400mm reach CNC router. Which together with our tooling and knowledge of the material yields great accuracy and surface roughness as can be judged by the many examples throughout this website.

For more complex CNC work, we rely on our network of machining companies, that have shown great success with machining our material and composites in general.

Finally we are able to judge your designs and give pointers on how to improve them to maximise the benefits of using 3DCC block material.
