Composite materials are engineered from two or more constituent materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties. The interaction between these base materials leads to complex mechanical behaviour and failure modes. At 3DCC, we have extensive experience with the failure characteristics of composites, providing the ideal foundation for understanding and optimising the material. The 3DCC Quality Control is the cornerstone of a stable and reliable production process.
Comprehensive tests to obtain for example tensile and compressive properties are performed at an independent BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified test institute. The results of these tests are summarized in our datasheets which can be found by clicking the following link.
